Green Tea Pudding
Ingredients (Serving of 32oz.):
• 0.25 oz Matcha
• 4 eggs
• 5 oz sugar
• 21oz milk
• 2.5 oz hot water
• Caramel sauce
Steps:
a) Mix the eggs and sugar well together until smooth consistency.
b) In a bowl, mix the green tea powder and hot water, after that combine hot
milk (100 degree Fahrenheit)
c) Combine (a)and (b) and mix well, then strain it.
d) Add caramel sauce to the bottom of the cups then put (c) and bake for 1
hour 20 minutes with the heat at 300’F. After about 1 hour check on the cups
to see if they are already stable.
*Cups must be in hot water layered pan so the pudding does not dry out.
