Information: This Raspberry Green Tea is an excellent fruit flavored green tea. It brews a nice cup of green tea with hints of sweet raspberries. Just the enough flavoring and never overpowers the green tea. Makes stunning iced tea, brew up and you will become a believer.
Hot tea brewing method: Use water that is about 180’F or 80’C. Place 1 teaspoon in your cup, let the tea steep for about 3 minutes and then begin enjoying a cup of enchantment. A dash of sugar highlights the chocolate and mint flavor.
Iced tea-brewing method: (to make 1 liter/quart): Place 6 teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Pour 2-3 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 3 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. [A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to double the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water].
