We offer the crystal sugar in two forms. Lump crystal raw sugar and candy size raw crystals. While lump crystal sugar has some caramel notes, the candy crystals provide a cleaner taste. From our experience lump crystals are better for the heartier teas like Chai tea, Black tea, or any tea with milk. Candy crystals are better for Green tea, White tea, Oolong and Herbal tea.

Lump crystals come in a 14 oz. package. Candy crystals come in a 12 oz. package.
