A: Shipping rate is $3.25 flat rate for orders under $50.00. Free Shipping for orders over $50.00 We ship via USPS Priority Mail Services (Orders weight less than 13oz. are shipped via 1st Class Mail).

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We provide full refund and exchange for all items with in 15 days of purchase.

Q: How do you package the tea?
A: All of our teas are packed in resealable aluminum foil bags or aluminum tea tins to ensure freshness.

Q: How should I store the tea?
A: Moisture, sun light and scent are the 3 big enemies of tea. So after used, you should reseal the foil bags, or close the tea tins' lids tightly and put them in a dry cabinet.
